A frequently asked question: What does KxK mean? Originally KxK was short for "Kaufman and Kaufman". KxK was started in 1997 and is still a one person shop. 100% of each KxK guitars is made at KxK in San Diego. Hardware is from top suppliers. All guitars come with a free hardshell case. KxK does not do repair or refinish work. No copies! Emails asking for a copy of another makers guitar models will go unanswered. Sorry, there are no printed promotional materials available.
